About us
Our school of English, Centre of English and Translations, was founded in Dublin in 2006 to make it easy for you to live, work, learn and travel, not only in Ireland but also anywhere else.
Our knowledge of methodology of teaching English as well as extensive experience in teaching allow us to create modern programs thanks to which we can:
- help workers update their qualifications
- help pass exams
- teach to speak
To qualify for a course, we will ask you to take part in a free, three-stage qualification procedure.
- Written test
You can take the test in on-line version or in any of our locations where we run classes. The test checks the level of your English. It consists of questions of varied difficulty, starting from the elementary level up to the advanced level. The test checks the knowledge of grammar structures and vocabulary and allows us to estimate your language skills. - Oral test
This part of the test is based on speaking. It lasts for about 10 minutes, when you talk to a teacher on general topics in order to verify the written test’s result. During the conversation you can also find out what the program of the course is and what materials are used in the course, as well as seek advice about which module to choose or get some information about the FCE exam. - Choosing the most suitable level and course type for you.
Basing on the test result, conversation and analysis of your needs, we will choose the course which will be the most suitable for you.
